Below is an excellent, extended adventure safari which gives you a time in beautiful Serengeti Western (Western Corridor) famous for Wildebeest Migration from May to June. You will begin our adventure on this nine-day adventure Tarangire National Park, one of the Northern Circuit’s true jewels and famous for its large herd of elephants and iconic baobab trees. Then to Lake Eyasi to visit one among indigenous tribe the Hadzabe and Datoga. Proceed to the great Serengeti National Park , the park is undoubtedly the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world, unequalled for its natural beauty and scientific value, it has the greatest concentration of plains game in Africa. Finish with Tanzanian gem, the incomparable crater of Ngorongoro, on the lookout for a black rhino.

Identification may be required when boarding all flights including domestic and charter flights. Passengers should keep their passport in their carry-on bag to avoid delays.

  • All Net rates shown above are valid on specific date’s indications on specific Trip departures, with the exception of government park fees which are subject to change anytime as well as airline prices; If the park fees or taxes or airline prices be changed with little or more on no notice we have to increase our rates accordingly.
  • We recommend bookings to be made earliest time possible for our sales people to have enough time to reserve rooms and special campsite.
  • Passengers arriving to Tanzania must carry a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
  • NOTE: All travelers including Tanzanians, returning residents and members of the crew/layovers are required to truthfully fill in an online Traveler's Health Surveillance Form available at https://afyamsafiri.moh.go.tz/ for Tanzania mainland and https://healthtravelznz.mohz.go.tz for Zanzibar within 24 hours before arrival to URT`.
  • All travelers including Tanzanians and returning residents will be required to present a negative COVID-19 test certificate upon arrival. The only accepted test is Real Time Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) testing or Nucleic Acid Amplification Tests (NAATs) done at a nationally accredited/approved laboratory using sample tested within 96 hours of departure to URT.
  • All travelers, whether foreigners or returning residents arriving from countries experiencing variants of concern/variants of interest, highest number of COVID-19 cases based on WHO epidemiological updates or those who have travelled through those countries in the last 14 days regardless of route taken shall be subjected to rapid tests at Points of Entry at their own cost. Cost for COVID-19 rapid test shall be 10 USD or TZS.23,000 of which is non-refundable and testing fees applies to traveler arriving in Tanzania Mainland by Air or Marine Vessels. For Zanzibar the cost for rapid test shall be 25 USD or equivalent TZS. 58,000.   • Travelers to Mainland Tanzania are advised to pay for COVID-19 rapid test online to avoid unnecessary queue upon arrival through an automatically generated control number obtained after filling online Traveler’s Health Surveillance Form and for Zanzibar through https://zanzibarcovidtesting.co.tz
  • Children aged 5 years and below, Travelers in transit, Aircraft crew are exempted from both RT-PCR certificate and COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test.

Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport – Transfer to Arusha

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, our driver will be waiting for you to welcome you and transfer you to your accommodation in Arusha

Midrange: Ahadi Lodge  – On Bed and Breakfast

Day 2 : Arusha to Tarangire NP , Game drive

After breakfast, your safari driver guide will pick you from your lodge and drive you in your private 4x4 safari vehicle to Tarangire National park. The park is most famous for its elephant migration, birding and quiet authentic safari atmosphere in a unique surrounding of baobab trees. We will enjoy a game drive exploring the park. Lunch will be taken in a picnic site overlooking the Tarangire River.

Day 3: Karatu - Ngorongoro Conservation, Ndutu Area for Migration - Calving season

After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation, Ndutu Area. Ndutu Form a part of the route for annual migration of more than 2 million wildebeest and thousands of zebra, antelope and gazelles. Ndutu is also home ground for 6 species of big cats – Lion, leopard, cheetah, caracal, serval and wildcats

Once you reach Ndutu area you will get begin your day game drive with a convenient stop for your picnic lunch. Sweeping grassland of the Ndutu cover the region which gradually fades into the Serengeti .

The calving season is truly a remarkable time in Tanzania and has so much to offer any safari-goer looking to see something other than the usual river crossing. Calving usually takes place between January and February of each year. In January the herds begin making their way to the south of the Serengeti (Ndutu Area) after the rains start falling. Calving Season also is a time where kills are plenty due to the large number of vulnerable calves.

In the evening arrive to your tented Camp for evening leisure time , dinner and overnight .

Day 4: Ndutu - Serengeti NP, Central with en-route game drive

After breakfast proceed to the great Serengeti National Park with en-route game drive . In the Maasai language, "serenget" means "endless plain". The park stretches for over 15,000 square kilometers. Serengeti National Park is quite simply the most magnificent wildlife sanctuary in the world— unparalleled in natural beauty and wilderness. It is the only remaining natural grazing ecosystem to be found on Earth. Day 5: Serengeti National Park – Full day Game drive

Full day game drive exploring Serengeti in search of the wildlife. The Serengeti eco-system is home to the "big five" (lion, African elephant, cape buffalo, leopard, rhinoceros). The other main species include zebra, wildebeest, various species of gazelles and antelopes, giraffes, cheetahs, hyenas, elephants, hippopotamus, crocodiles and some primate species such as vervet monkeys and olive baboons. It is also an endemic bird area, with a total of 505 species being documented so far. In the late afternoon, we drive back to your accommodation. After freshen up Cosy around the campfire and enjoy sharing stories of the day’s wildlife sightings while waiting for dinner .

Day 6: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Sunrise game drive, searching for big Cats while hunting, they actively hunt during early morning. Then we proceed with en route game drive from Serengeti to Ngorongoro enjoying the unwinding scenery along the way. Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater – Transfer to Arusha – Kilimanjaro Airport

At sunrise we drive down to the crater floor for wildlife game. With its abundant water, excellent grazing and natural protection from the densely vegetated crater walls, the crater provides shelter to over 25000 animals, including the endangered Black Rhinoceros. Lunch will be taken in a picnic site inside the crater.

In the afternoon we ascend the crater and drive to Arusha and proceed to the airport for your onward flight arrangement .
