Tumaini Orphanage for Africa
Tumaini for Africa was founded in 2009 by Beatrice Boniface Mollel, Baraka Mollells mother, and is now run by the family Mollel with the help of volunteers from all over the world. It aims to give orphans in Arusha, security, care, education, and thereby an alternative to a life on the street. The orphanage has room for 30 children receiving education, health care and safe housing. The stated goal is that all children being educated through the orphanage the agency should acquire the skills and knowledge that they can find work in the local business community. But Tumaini for Africa also provides children a sufficient basis to enable them to continue their education, for example, teachers or healthcare. And the dream is that the former orphanage children to return to the orphanage and contribute to the development of their work
Lifetime Safaris is closely linked to the orphanage Tumaini for Africa. Safari business has been created to provide the orphanage economic stability and to eventually be able to offer these children work in the company. We want our barnhems- and safari operations contribute to local development – for what could be more beneficial to society than children who feel secure enough to dream of the future, while providing them with opportunities to realize these dreams?
