8 Days Ultimate Safari Experience

Day 1: Arrive Tanzania – Kilimanjaro Intl. Airport – Transfer To West Kilimanjaro

• Morning or afternoon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport – Transfer to your accommodation located in West Kilimanjaro at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. The drive will take you through the picturesque countryside, offering magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and leading you into the expansive savanna scenery of the Maasai plains.
• Upon arrival at our lodge, you will have some time to relax before stretching by setting off to a local Maasai Boma. Here, you will immerse yourself in the rich Maasai culture, experiencing their community life firsthand.
• Following this, you will be taken to a nice location for sundowner at the Scenic Vista, offering spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
• Return to the accommodation with an authentic Maasai experience. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy traditional storytelling, dancing, dinner, and an overnight stay

Day 2: West Kilimanjaro – Karatu

• Following morning call, you will embark on a walking safari through Maasai land. During this bushwalk around the village, you will learn about the endemic plants of the region and their traditional uses.
• Return to the lodge for breakfast and relax for sometime while waiting for lunch.
• After delicious lunch, board on your safari jeep to Karatu area

Day 3: Karatu – Ngorongnoro Crater – Serengeti

• Today, the tour will proceed Ngorongoro Crater after an early breakfast then descends down to the crater floor for a day game drive
• Descending takes you through a lush highland forest, with magnificent birdlife to be spotted among the different tree species. Once on the grassy crater floor, you may discover a large variety of grazing herbivores, as well as the predators that are attracted by this abundant supply of prey.
• It’s 260sq km floor is surprisingly diverse with a permanent lake, open savannah and areas of mature woodland. Surrounded by steep, densely forested walls rising over 600m high, the effect is that of a huge natural Amphitheatre
• After a great day ascend the crater and drive to your accommodation in central Serengeti NP evening leisure time, dinner and overnight

Day 4: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

• Morning in Serengeti is an experience worth cherishing. Wake up surrounded by enchanted sounds and smell of the wilderness staring at a magnificent breathtaking sunrise view at the endless plains of Serengeti.
•  A full day game drive Explore unique landscapes dotted with spectacular natural wonder
• The park is considered the most thrilling spectacle in the animal kingdom, the annual mass migration of wildebeest and other herbivores, with their ever-attendant entourage of predators is a breathtaking experience.
• An option of taking picnic lunch as to maximize time on game or depart for morning game and drive back to the lodge for hot lunch
•  Today is the day that you may have an option of floating over the plains in a hot air balloon for a spectacular bird’s eye view of the great migration

Day 5: Serengeti National Park – Tarangire National Park

• Today you will proceed to the Randilen Wildlife Management, Enjoying scenic vistas and the wildlife on the way.
• Randilen WMA lies on the North Eastern boundary of Tarangire National Park and is home to a wide range of wildlife species, including of course elephant, big cat and hundreds of bird species.

Day 6: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK, GAME DRIVES

• After breakfast, hop in your 4x4 Safari jeep and drive Tarangire National Park.
• Tarangire rivals the Serengeti in the great number and diversity of its wildlife. It is a good choice for travelers who wish to encounter more animals (particularly elephants as its renowned for frequent sightings)
• Tarangire River is the only source of water in the area, which offers excellent sightings as it attracts the reserves abundant wildlife. The landscape is a photographers dream too, due to the high number of scenic baobab trees and its extensive marshlands that turn swathes of the reserve
• Lunch will be taken to the picnic site
• In late afternoon drive to the accommodation in Arusha for dinner and overnight

Day 7: RANDILEN WMA – WALKING SAFARI - ARUSHA

• Today after breakfast you will have outdoor activities in Randilen Wildlife Management Area.
• Randilen existence is vital to the conservation and preservation of Tarangire Eco-system and to elephants in particular.
• Starting with an active adventure as you take a walking Safari within the Wildlife Management Area accompanied by your well-trained and experienced armed ranger. Learn about the flora as well as the fauna.
• Feel the ancient earth beneath every step you take as you tread on the tracks of animals that have walked the same path minutes before.
