Passenger Information

Identification may be required when boarding all flights including domestic and charter flights. Passengers should keep their passport in their carry-on bag to avoid delays.

Payments Procedure

A deposit of 40% of the total invoice is required to secure and guarantee your reservations, once being confirmed to you.The balance of payment (60%) is due 45 days prior to your date of arrival in Africa or safari start, but for late booking 100% of the amount

If your booking is made and confirmed within 10 days of your arrival date, full payment will be required immediately.

All Net rates shown above are valid on specific date’s indications on specific Trip departures, with the exception of government park fees which are subject to change anytime as well as airline prices; If the park fees or taxes or airline prices be changed with little or more on no notice we have to increase our rates accordingly.

Passengers arriving to Tanzania must carry a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.

Booking Cancelation Note / Penalty

15 days before the beginning of the safari 100% cancellation charge is applicable from the total amount due for the safari/trip.

30 days before the commencement of the safari 75% cancellation charge is applicable from the total amount due for the safari
